Promotion Period: December 19, 2025 – December 25, 2025

Welcome to our Holiday Gift Card Sale! We're excited to help you share the joy with digital gift cards this season. To keep things fair and clear, we've outlined the terms of this promotion in plain language. By taking part in this offer, you agree to the details below.

Discount Details

Here's what you need to know about the discount in this sale:

Discount: Get 10% off the face value of eligible digital gift cards. (For example, you'll pay $90 for a $100 gift card – but the card will still be worth the full $100 when used.)
Promo Code: Use code HolidayGC10 at checkout to receive the discount. (Don’t forget to apply it in the promo code box during payment!)
Eligible Gift Cards: This offer applies to digital gift cards in denominations of $100, $150, $200, $250, or $500. (Sorry, physical gift cards and other products are not included in this promotion.)
Validity Window: The promo code is valid from December 19, 2025 through December 25, 2025. After December 25 (11:59 PM EST that day), the code will expire and no longer work.
One-Time Use: The promo code can be used only once per customer. In other words, each person gets to use the code a single time – one great deal per customer.
No Combining Discounts: This offer can’t be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions. (One deal at a time, please!)

Purchase Limitations

To make sure everyone gets a fair chance at this deal, we have a purchase limit in place:

$500 Max per Customer: Each customer can purchase a maximum total of $500 in gift cards (face value) with this promotion. This cap is per customer for the entire promotion period.
Mix & Match Up to $500: You can buy one $500 gift card, or multiple gift cards in smaller denominations, as long as the total face value doesn’t exceed $500. (For example, you could purchase two $250 gift cards to reach the $500 limit.)
Limit Based on Face Value: The $500 limit refers to the gift card’s value before the discount. (So if you buy $500 in gift cards, you’ll pay $450 after the 10% off, but you’ve reached the $500 limit in value.)
Over-limit Orders: Please respect the $500 cap. If an order somehow exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to cancel that order (or the portion of it over $500). This is to keep things fair and within the intended promotion rules.

Delivery

All gift cards in this promotion are digital, so delivery is quick and easy:

Digital Delivery: No physical card will be mailed. Instead, your gift card will be delivered via email. The gift card code and redemption instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Gifting Made Easy: If you’re buying a gift card for someone else, you can enter the recipient’s email, include a personal note, and select the delivery date. Or, send the email to yourself and then forward it or print it out for the recipient.
Delivery Time: In most cases, the gift card email arrives within minutes of your purchase. Please allow up to a few hours in case of high order volume or any system delays.
Didn’t Get It? If you don’t see the gift card email after purchase, check your spam or junk folder. Still no sign of it? Reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help make sure you get your gift card.

Refund Policy

All Sales Final: All gift card purchases made during this Holiday Gift Card Sale are final sale. We are not able to cancel, return, or refund gift cards purchased under this promotion.
No Refunds or Exchanges: Please double-check your order (especially email addresses and the denomination selected) before completing your purchase. Once the digital gift card is issued, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit. (Gift cards are just like cash – treat them carefully!)

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

We want this offer to be fun and fair for everyone, so we have a few safeguards in place:

Fair Use Only: This promotion is intended for legitimate customers to enjoy. Attempts to game the system, such as creating multiple accounts or any other tricks to bypass the rules, are not allowed. We put these limits in place so everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy the savings.
Right to Cancel for Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order and revoke the discount if we detect fraud or abuse. This includes situations like: using the promo code more than once per customer, exceeding the $500 purchase limit by any workaround, or any other activity that appears fraudulent or against the intended spirit of the promotion.
Protecting Our Customers: If an order is canceled due to suspected abuse or fraud, we’ll do our best to notify you. These measures are in place to protect all our customers and ensure the promotion is used as intended. Thank you for understanding!

General Terms

Offer Duration: This promotion is only valid during the specified promotion period (December 19–25, 2025). Unfortunately, we cannot apply the discount to any purchases made outside of these dates. (That means orders before December 19 or after December 25 won’t qualify for the 10% off, and the code won’t work outside the promo period.)
Online Only: The Holiday Gift Card Sale is available online on our website (www.ladygreyjewelry.com). It may not be available in physical store locations or on other platforms that our jewelry is sold. Make sure you’re shopping directly with us online to use the code.
No Cash Value: The promo code "HolidayGC10" has no cash value on its own. It can only be used to obtain the stated 10% discount on eligible gift card purchases and can't be redeemed for cash or credit by itself.
Not Applicable to Past Purchases: The discount cannot be applied retroactively to gift cards you might have bought before the promotion started, and it’s not valid on any past orders or purchases outside this promotion.
Changes/Cancellation of Promotion: We hope to run the promotion as planned, but we reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time if necessary. (For example, in case of unexpected technical issues or any situation that makes the promotion unsustainable, we might have to make adjustments or end it early.) We’ll communicate any changes on our website.
Acceptance of Terms: By using the promo code and participating in the Holiday Gift Card Sale, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please ask us before completing your purchase.
Other Policies: All standard policies of our store (such as our Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service) remain in effect. Purchase and use of gift cards are also subject to our usual gift card terms (for example, our gift cards never expire and can be used toward any eligible purchase on our site).
