SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

**OUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED FROM DEC. 20 - JAN 2. ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3:00PM EST ON 12/20 WILL SHIP AFTER THE NEW YEAR**

All returns shipped to us during this time will be processed after January 3, 2025

RETURNS:

We've extended returns for the holiday season: Items purchased from November 10, 2024 - December 25th, 2024 may be returned for refund or exchange until January 10, 2025. All Please read and follow our Standard Return Policy in order to request a return.

ORDER PROCESSING:

We always aim to process orders immediately, but please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped during the holiday season due to high demand. Any orders placed between 12/20/24 -1/3/25 will be shipped after 1/3/25 due to our offices being closed for the holidays. Please note it may take your shipping carrier up to 48 hours to update tracking information. We are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays, we set these deadlines as a general guide but unfortunately cannot control delivery timelines once a package has left our studio. Thank you for your understanding!

HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES:

DOMESTIC - For delivery by 12/24, please ensure your US orders are placed by 3pm EST on the following dates:

12/16 - USPS Ground (our free shipping option
12/20- Expedited UPS, delivery times, and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL- For timely delivery of your overseas order, we suggest selecting DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Saver at checkout by 2pm EST on December 15. DHL offers fast, secure, and reliable international shipping. Your delivery timeline and cost will be calculated based on the shipping destination at checkout.

We also offer USPS First Class International, however, due to high volume holiday shipping, the unpredictable nature of customs, and the limited tracking abilities of USPS outside of the U.S., we cannot guarantee any delivery timelines for orders shipping outside the U.S. using USPS International Services.

ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3:00PM EST ON 12/20 WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED FROM DEC. 20 - JAN 2.
