A refund is offered in certain scenarios listed below. Please follow the instructions under the category that best describes your refund needs. Once your item(s) are received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Full Priced Items: If you've changed your mind and would like to return your order, we accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery. Only full-priced items or items purchased with discount code at checkout may be returned for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for refund. You will be responsible for procuring your own shipping label and all return shipping costs.
Damaged on arrival: If for any reason your item arrives damaged or broken from shipping or is faulty for any reason, please send pictures and a description of the damage to email@example.com as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to process an exchange for a new item or refund upon return if you so choose.
Incorrect product: In the unlikely scenario that you've received a product, color, or style other than what you ordered please send pictures and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to exchange it for the correct item, or we will refund you upon return of the product if you so choose.
To initiate a return for refund: email us at email@example.com and detail the reasons for your return. Once the request is approved by Lady Grey, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of original delivery date. You are responsible for procuring and paying all shipping costs associated with your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. We do not accept returns for used or worn merchandise. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service, such as UPS or FedEx, and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot provide any form of reimbursement if your item is not received. You must include your name and order number inside the package for us to process your return. Shipping costs, to or from the recipient, are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
