A refund is offered in certain scenarios listed below. Please follow the instructions under the category that best describes your refund needs. Once your item(s) are received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Full Priced Items: If you've changed your mind and would like to return your order for a refund, we accept returns for refund within 7 days of delivery on full priced items only.
To return an item for refund email us at email@example.com before shipping any items back to us and detail the reasons for your return and wait for a return approval from Lady Grey Jewelry.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. You must include your name and order number inside the package in order for us to process your refund. Please use a trackable shipping service, such as UPS or FedEx, and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot provide any form of reimbursement if your item is not received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Damaged on arrival: If for any reason your item arrives damaged or broken from shipping or is faulty for any reason, please send pictures and description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to process an exchange for a new item, or refund upon return if you so choose.
Incorrect product: In the unlikely scenario that you've received a product, color, or style other than what you ordered please send pictures and your order number to email@example.com detailing the issue as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to exchange it for the correct item, or we will refund you upon return of the product if you so choose.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again to double check.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
