The Lady Grey collection features pieces constructed in Sterling Silver or Bronze and finished with Sterling Silver, Rhodium or 14K Gold plating.

We recommend cleaning your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.

The designers recommend the following tips to keep your Lady Grey jewels looking their best:

• To keep your jewelry from tarnishing (especially silver) we highly recommend keeping your pieces in a plastic bag or airtight container when not in use. Over time, metal can slightly discolor from contact with skin oils and exposure to various environmental elements.
• Avoid contact with soaps, hairspray, moisturizers, and if possible, water. As with all jewelry, soap and water can cause gunky buildup and sometimes erosion within the crevices of the piece over time.
• Avoid wearing your jewelry at the beach, swimming pool, while exercising or playing sports. Chlorine and related chemicals can discolor and severely damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and settings. Limit contact with rough surfaces and other metals in order to avoid scratching and changes in color.
• Limit rough use and sleeping in the jewelry to slow down the natural process of “wear and tear” and to protect the finishes on the piece.

Handling time for all orders: Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday 10am-3pm EST.  Please allow up to 2 business days for Ground and International orders to be processed and shipped out, and 1 business day for expedited services, such as UPS 2nd-Day and UPS 3-Day Select.  Transit may take up to 10 business days for ground shipping, and 2-3 days for expedited shipping services within the U.S. If you need to make more urgent arrangements, send us an email at info@ladygreyjewelry.com and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

Domestic: USPS First Class ground shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico & Guam) is provided free of charge. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3-Day Select are also available for an additional fee which is calculated at checkout according to destination and carrier retail rates. 

International: We ship world wide with the options of DHL, UPS Worldwide Saver, and USPS First Class International. Carrier rates and transit times are calculated at checkout, and cost varies depending on the on the destination and service selected. The customer is responsible for any Duties and Taxes the destination country imposes, and we are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise in transit.

Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If for any reason a package is lost during transit, please first alert us by email at info@ladygreyjewelry.com. A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and a lost package investigation must be completed before we can replace or refund the item.

Thank you for shopping with Lady Grey Jewelry. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and we're here to help! Here's what you need to know:

Standard Return Policy:

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange by mail within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased at full price, and full-priced items purchased with a discount code or automatic promotional discount, may be returned for a refund. However, please note that Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange. 

Submit a return request:

Click here to submit a return request, or go to the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.

To log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. $7.50 will be deducted from your refund if using our provided shipping label. You must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date, and your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. We cannot accept returns for used or worn merchandise.  After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5 days of our studio receiving the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, just include a note in your return request form including the item(s) you would like to exchange it for. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ladygreyjewelry.com. 

To cancel an order:

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email info@ladygreyjewelry.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we will cancel the order on our end and you will receive an email confirmation. You original form of payment is automatically refunded upon cancellation. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel an order and you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.

Other reasons for return:

Damaged on arrival: If for any reason your item arrives damaged or broken from shipping, please send pictures and a description of the damage to info@ladygreyjewelry.com along with a return request. Once reviewed and approved, we will email you a return label and instructions to process an exchange for a new item or refund upon return if you so choose. 

Incorrect product: In the unlikely scenario that you've received a product, color, or style other than what you ordered please send pictures and your order number to info@ladygreyjewelry.com detailing the issue as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to exchange it for the correct item, or we will refund you upon return of the product if you so choose. 

Repairs: We are happy to repair or replace any jewelry within 6 months of purchase due to faulty or broken parts during normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost jewelry, but if you've lost a component (pendant, clasp, etc.) please do inquire and we will see how we can help. If you have a piece of Lady Grey Jewelry that needs repair after 6 months please let us know! As long as the item is repairable we will do anything we can to keep it looking brand new (but if you accidentally ran over it with your car and smashed it to pieces- we probably can’t help you) Email us photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to info@ladygreyjewelry.com and we will let you know if we can repair the item for you. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways, but we are happy to provide approved repairs for free or a small charge for replacement parts if necessary. You will be notified of any possible cost for approval before we begin repairs. All repairs after 6 months of purchase are taken on a case-by-case basis.
