A single ear cuff that hugs the shape of the ear. Cast in Bronze and plated in 14k gold with Sterling Silver ear post and back.
This earring is designed to be worn on the Right ear and is malleable.
The Lady Grey collection features pieces constructed in Sterling Silver or Bronze and finished with Sterling Silver, Rhodium or 14K Gold plating.
We recommend cleaning your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.
The designers recommend the following tips to keep your Lady Grey jewels looking their best:
- To keep your jewelry from tarnishing (especially silver) we highly recommend keeping your pieces in a plastic bag or airtight container when not in use. Over time, metal can slightly discolor from contact with skin oils and exposure to various environmental elements.
- Avoid contact with soaps, hairspray, moisturizers, and if possible, water. As with all jewelry, soap and water can cause gunky buildup and sometimes erosion within the crevices of the piece over time.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry at the beach, swimming pool, while exercising or playing sports. Chlorine and related chemicals can discolor and severely damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and settings. Limit contact with rough surfaces and other metals in order to avoid scratching and changes in color.
- Limit rough use and sleeping in the jewelry to slow down the natural process of “wear and tear” and to protect the finishes on the piece.

Standard Return Policy:
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange by mail within 14 days of delivery. Items purchased at full price, and full-priced items purchased with a discount code or automatic promotional discount, may be returned for a refund. However, please note that Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
To initiate a return:
Please email us at info@ladygreyjewelry.com to request a return and provide a reason for the return. Once the return is approved by Lady Grey, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. We cannot accept returns for used or worn merchandise.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and procuring your own shipping labels for returning your item. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx and purchase shipping insurance. You must include your name and order number inside the package for us to process your return. Shipping costs, to or from the recipient, are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your return, and your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5 days of our studio receiving the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, just send us an email at info@ladygreyjewelry.com with your order number detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for. If your requested item is available, you have 14 days from delivert to send us back your original purchase to process the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ladygreyjewelry.com.
To cancel an order:
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email info@ladygreyjewelry.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we will cancel the order on our end and you will receive an email confirmation. You original form of payment is automatically refunded upon cancellation. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel an order and you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.
Other reasons for return:
Damaged on arrival: If for any reason your item arrives damaged or broken from shipping, please send pictures and a description of the damage to info@ladygreyjewelry.com as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will email you a return label and instructions to process an exchange for a new item or refund upon return if you so choose.
Incorrect product: In the unlikely scenario that you've received a product, color, or style other than what you ordered please send pictures and your order number to info@ladygreyjewelry.com detailing the issue as soon as it is received. Once reviewed and approved, we will send you a return label and instructions to exchange it for the correct item, or we will refund you upon return of the product if you so choose.
Repairs: We are happy to repair or replace any jewelry within 6 months of purchase due to faulty or broken parts during normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost jewelry, but if you've lost a component (pendant, clasp, etc.) please do inquire and we will see how we can help. If you have a piece of Lady Grey Jewelry that needs repair after 6 months please let us know! As long as the item is repairable we will do anything we can to keep it looking brand new (but if you accidentally ran over it with your car and smashed it to pieces- we probably can’t help you) Email us photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to info@ladygreyjewelry.com and we will let you know if we can repair the item for you. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways, but we are happy to provide approved repairs for free or a small charge for replacement parts if necessary. You will be notified of any possible cost for approval before we begin repairs. All repairs after 6 months of purchase are taken on a case-by-case basis.
