Hello to our beloved customers! We hope you are staying safe and sane at home with your loved ones. We wanted to let you know how we are handling a few things during this crisis. As always, feel free to reach out to us at info@ladygreyjewelry.com if you have any questions at all

  • We are currently shipping out orders 1-2 times per week. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed and possibly for extra transit times as delays can be expected with USPS during this crisis
  • Unfortunately at this time we are only shipping within the Continental U.S., if you are one of our international customers and want to place an order as a "pre-order" to ship at a later date, please email us, we'd be happy to work something out for you!
  • Temporarily, we've removed all other shipping services besides USPS. The post office is located directly next door and we can drop off with zero contact. Unfortunately our local UPS drop off sites have closed. As soon as we can safely ship UPS again we will offer that option
  • Our return policy is temporarily extended - we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the foreseeable future. Please do follow our complete return policy and contact us with any questions or issues.
  • We are handling all packages with the utmost of care and precaution. We are wiping each piece down with alcohol before shipping, and including single-use alcohol wipes for you to do the same once received. This is just an extraordinary precaution!
When I say "we" I actually just mean "Me"! I, Jill, am the sole person shipping orders and entering the studio at this time. It's just a short walk from my house and I can get in and ship your order with zero contact from others.
