What Shipping Options Do You Offer?

If you are located in the U.S., we offer FREE ground shipping via USPS, which usually take 3-5 business days. For International Customers we offer a variety of USPS services. Rates are calculated at checkout, and cost varies depending on the on the destination and service selected. The customer is responsible for any Duties and Taxes the destination country imposes. If you would like expedited shipping, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Just send us an email at info@ladygreyjewelry.com and we will get a shipping estimate for you.

Is Sales Tax Applicable

Sales tax is only applicable on orders shipped to addresses within NY. For orders shipped to other locations, sales tax does not apply.

My Package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet.

We’ve noticed recently that USPS sometimes marks a package “delivered” before they have actually delivered it. In almost all cases, the package will show up a day or two later. If it doesn’t- we suggest checking with a neighbor or doorman first. You can then call USPS and provide them with your tracking number and file a claim with them at 1 (800) 275-8777 If you need additional help please send us an email at info@ladygreyjewelry.com

Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

Returns/Exchanges within 7 days of receipt are accepted with prior authorization. Please read our full return policy before making your purchase.

I Have an Allergy, Does Your Jewelry Contain Nickel?

Yes, our products do contain a trace amount of Nickel. Nickel is used as a binding agent to help the 18k Gold and Sterling Silver electro plating last longer and resist wear and tear. However, our ear posts are .925 Solid Sterling Silver- unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Do You Offer Repairs?

If you have a piece of Lady Grey Jewelry that needs repair please let us know! As long as the item is repairable, we will do anything we can to keep it looking brand new (but if you accidentally ran over it with your car and smashed it to pieces- we probably can’t help you) Email us photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to info@ladygreyjewelry.com and we will let you know if we can repair the item for you. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways, but we are happy to provide approved repairs for free.
